Dr. Phillip Jeffery Greene attended the University of Missouri St. Louis, where he obtained his BS in biology between 1994 and 1997. Upon obtaining his BS, Dr. Phillip Jeffery Greene proceeded to obtain his MD from the University of Missouri Medical School, where he studied medicine.
Between 2009 and 2013, he worked as the primary care physician at Alton Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. As such, he was responsible for addressing the basic healthcare requirements of individuals who had been legally assigned to the state psychiatric hospital by the court.
Also, between 2011 and 2017, Dr. Greene worked as a military physician at the US Air Force Reserves. He was a Major Scott Air Force Base 375 Medical Air Wing. While he was in the US Air Force Reserves, he provided medical care for the triage physician of the Combat Medical Field Unit within the USAF personnel's health. He is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and other medical bodies.
